Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unused and unopened.

• Be in its original packaging.

• Include all original accessories, inserts, and documentation.

• Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or tampered with unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Opened or used perfumes and fragrance products.

• Gift cards.

• Clearance or final sale items.

• Personalized or customized products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

• Your order number.

• Clear photos of the product and packaging.

• A brief description of the issue.

We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund when applicable.

Refund Process

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or you received a damaged or incorrect item.

Order Cancellations
